Appointments & Cancellation
Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All packages require a 24 hour cancellation notice.
We allow a 10 minute grace period, after that service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests. We will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later.
Children & Visitors Policy
For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, we have a NO CHILDREN policy this policy is strictly enforced. Salon seating is reserved for clients only. We are unable to accommodate visitors that’s not receiving services.
